Effective November 2, 2026. This policy explains what information LeisureVillageLife.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. This site is brought to you by Homes By Steve and Tricia (Tricia Garcia, CA DRE #02032007, and Steve Hise, CA DRE #01702055). “We” and “us” below means our team.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a contact form, a home value request, a report request, or a home alert sign-up, we collect what you enter. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, and details about the home or question you wrote to us about. If you leave a comment on a post, we collect your name, email address, and comment.
How we use it
- To answer your question and follow up about your real estate needs
- To send the reports, listings, or home alerts you asked for
- To run, protect, and improve this website
- To meet our legal and professional obligations
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This site also uses cookies, small files stored by your browser, to remember settings, keep forms working, and measure traffic.
Tracking and outside services
Some features come from other companies, and those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies:
- Google tag and Google Analytics measure how visitors use this site, using cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Maps displays maps of the area.
- YouTube plays our embedded videos.
- Our MLS home search provider powers listing searches, saved searches, and home alerts. What you enter in those tools is handled by that provider as well as our team.
- Email delivery services send form messages and alerts.
When we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run this site and serve you, with our brokerage as needed for our real estate work, with people you ask us to connect you with, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us. Some records may need to be kept for legal or licensing reasons.
- You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email, or ask us to stop contacting you.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
California residents: California law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you and to request its deletion. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not currently respond to those signals. Other companies’ tools on this site may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
