Retired Seniors Volunteer Program sponsored Bone Building classes are held in the Santa Rosa Room. The Tufts University-designed exercises are specifically geared for seniors to improve balance and increase bone density. It is not a drop-in class; registration is required.

Leisure Village Architectural Committee meets the first and third Friday of each month in the Garden Room at 8:30-9:30 AM. Each first monthly meeting includes a business session at 9:30 AM. Everyone is welcome to come and see what the committee does. If you have a project to discuss with us, please bring sketches, pictures or drawings to establish clearly what your intentions are. Friendly consultants are ready to help members with the process of getting an approved project on its way. You do not need prior experience to be on this committee, just the desire to keep the Village looking good and helping your neighbors.

We meet in the AR on Monday from 9:00-10:00 AM. If you like to have fun with your exercise, this is where you will find it. The cost is $5 per class. Due to the Board Meeting, we do not meet on the first Monday of the month.

Play days are Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM–noon in the Clubhouse. Lessons are available for beginners and those who need their long-ago skills refreshed. The atmosphere is casual; coffee and cookies are served. Come join us, give your brain a workout. Chess Club is organizing another tournament. We started on February 6 at 10:00 AM in the Woodcreek Room of the Clubhouse. Subsequent rounds will be on following Fridays and Wednesdays at the same time and location.

Class meets on Fridays from 2:30-4:00 PM in the Assembly Room.

Greetings, fellow wine tasters. We buy the amount of wine based on our headcount. Please bring your own wine glass, membership card and water. The club meets on the 3rd Friday each month. Membership is only $5 annually. In order to purchase an improved quality wine, the “Tasting fee” (now called Entrance Fee) is $10 for members, $15 for non-members. We have limited seating in the room, with now 90 people signing up as members, so it is imperative you RSVP. After a point in time, we will have to establish a waiting list. The club is looking for three people to pour wine at the next tasting; we will WAIVE your entrance fee of $10 if you volunteer. Feel free to bring nibbles to share, such as: cheese, crackers, popcorn, pretzels, nuts, cold cuts, chips, non-spicy snacks, etc.
