We are a Brother and Sister Real Estate Team, and we come from a family of 8 children. Growing up we learned that respect for others, hard work and ethics are values we want to pass on to our own children, because we know family is very important so we figured who better to work with than each other!

Tricia and her husband Tom have two children. She has a background in accounting where she managed an accounting department for a computer wholesale company. She loves to garden and entertain family and friends around the pool. You can also find Tricia supporting her daughter at one of her many sporting events or babysitting her son’s dog.
Steve, a Leisure Village Realtor, loves to be part of the community
Steve is a father to 5 children who keep him and his wife very busy. He has a background in IT where he maintained and managed various computer servers for a large banking company. If you are a pickle ball player, then I am certain you have seen Steve on the courts, because he thoroughly enjoys playing pickle ball and teaming up with others in the community to play a few matches. Steve was even featured on the TV show Storage Wars.
